On the occasion of Swami Vivekanand’s birth anniversary and to celebrate 34th Road Safety Week, Lions Club of Datta Meghe Institute of Management and Research organized a Top Workshops in Nagpur on awareness about the importance of road safety which is needed to educate today’s youth. The workshop was headed by Shri Atul Agarkar, Nagpur Shahar Traffic Awareness Event Head alongwith police head constable Shri Rajkumar Kodape and Shri Shantaram Thombare.
Shri Atul Agarkar guided students about various traffic rules and also the legal aspect related to it. Participants asked many questions and doubts based on road safety. Skit based on road accidents and the impact on young generations were performed by the students on this instance. The motive of workshop to provide valuable learning on ‘Youth Day’ was a grand success.
The Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies hopes that such initiatives will help to empower the youth and make the community a better place for everyone. The activity was carried out under the guidance of Director of Institute Dr. Shiney Chib and Teacher In charge Suchitra Labhane.
