Conference in Top Mba College In Nagpur
17th February 2018 The conference was organised in DMIMS Top MBA College In Nagpur. Conference inaugurated at the hands of Dr. T S Rawal-Director T. S. Rawal & Company, Dr. S. Bhole CEO, MGI, Dr. Prabhod Yelne- Director, Institute of Psycho Management Studies, Nagpur, Dr. Shiney Chib, Director, DMIMS. Dr. Shiney Chib in her welcome speech elaborated on the theme and the various activities they are conducting under the group level. She shared the upcoming events and also floated the date and theme of the next conference. It will be held on 16th Feb. 2019, on the theme ‘Global Goal, Local ActionsSuccess Mantra for Excellence’. Dr. Bhole in his address mentioned about the various student centric and faculty centric initiatives at the group level. Dr. Rawal spoke about the journey of the world towards digitalization, and the challenges countries facing in this direction. The inaugural session was followed by plenary session by Dr. Pabodh Yelne. He elaborated on the importance and role of spirituality intelligence and how to develop it. Technical papers under the various sub themes were presented by the delegates from the various colleges from and outside Nagpur. There was a student track, for the students where, they presented on their research work.
5th International conference “Elixir 2016″
16th December 2016 The conference was graced by the presence of Honorable Shri Dattaji Meghe ,Chairman of Meghe Group and an ace politician who shared his life learnt experience how hard work pays towards boosting economy, Dr S V Kane , Vice Chancellor, Nagpur University who shared his valuable thoughts on the emerging economies and the impact of turbulence on the interlinked economies and by Mr Atul Pandey, CEO of EROS group who enlightened the gathering with motivating words and knowledge on managing economies. The conference was enlightened with rigorous thought provoking panel discussion on issues related to “BRICS-Success Mantra for Sustainability” by panelists Mr Vishal Agrawal, Ms Anita Raut, Mr Rajat Kapoor, Mr Dipesh Ajmera and Mr Suhas Buddhe. Research papers were presented by the faculty and research scholars on the various sub themes of emerging economics.
19th -20th September 2014 “New Normal Strategies for transforming Bharat to India in context of D4 (Demographic Dividend & Digital Divide) ” Dr. Somayjulu Giremella (Director-IM-Nirma University, Ahmedabad), and Dr. Prabal Sen (Chairperson-EDC-XLRI-Jamshedpur) were present as chief guest on the occasion. Dr. Garimella co-related the issue of demographic dividend and digital divide with that of entrepreneurial growth. He mentioned that in future the job opportunities for the vast working population of the country can be created only by means of entrepreneurial development. The Plenary session continued with Dr. M J Xavier (Exe. Director VIT University Vellore, Founder Director-IIM Ranchi). In this session he emphcise the management institutes in the country should focus on skill development and imparting of practical education to the students. Dr. Prabal Sen (Chairperson-EDC-XLRI-Jamshedpur) mentioned about the significance of economic development with that of demographic dividend and social divide. Dr. Satyajit Majumdar (Chairperson:CSE-TISS-Mumbai), mentioned about the finer nuances of social entrepreneurship. He also mentioned that development of social entrepreneurship can help immensely for transforming Bharat into India. During the conference, a poster presentation competition, based on the theme of the conference was also organized. Students from various management institutes in and around Nagpur participated in this poster presentation competition.
Theme & Objective

Discussed originally designed strategic models for managerial discussions and real life applications which can create & maximize value in true sense in the direction of Business & Societal excellence. The conference started with plenary sessions, Paper presentations under various subtracks, Panel discussion and an exclusive workshop on ‘MindSpark-Management Game’. Papers from Muscut, Mexico, Sreelanka, Ghana etc were presented in the conference. The papers were selected through double review process.

17th & 18th February 2012 “Emerging Trends for value creation in the era of knowledge economy” Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies (DMIMS) in association with Northern Illinois University, United States & Lawrence Technological University, Michigan organized its second International conference “Elixir 2012” on 17th & 18th February 2012 at Vanamati Hall, VIP Road, Dharampeth Nagpur on the theme,“Emerging Trends for value creation in the era of knowledge economy”. The chief guest on the occasion was UPSC Chairman Dr. D.P. Aggarwal. Dr. Daniel Lashar (Faculty European School of Economics New York), Dr. Murli Nagasundram (Principal, Academic Innovations and Design, Manipal)., Dr. Avichal Kapur ( CEO of NYSS). Mr. Lewis Walker, President of Lawrence Technological University, Michigan & Dr. Promod Vorha, Dean College of Engineering & Engineering Technology of Northern Illinois University, United States welcomed the audience through video conferencing. Session started with Dr. Daniel Lashar, in which he addressed on the issue of “Reverse Brain Drain”. Dr. Lashar mentioned about the losses, which the nations around the world face as a result of brain drain & reverse brain drain. This Continued with the Workshop of Mr. Dolphy Goveas,Head HR, B.Braun Medical India Pvt. Ltd. in which he mentioned about the importance of innovations for development & sustainability in today’s business world. The session closed with the address on the topic “Value creation through transforming higher education” by Dr. Murli Nagasundram & Video conferencing of Dr. Pramod Vohra, NIU United States. Dr. Nagasundaram, threw light on the topic “Value Creation through Transforming Higher Education”. Dr. Pramod Vohra, Dean College of Engineering and Engineering Technology, NIU enlightened the audience on the topic “Linking Innovation to Entrepreneurship”. Another day began with a FDP by Dr. Daniel Lashar on MAKING OF GREAT TEACHER-MODEL FOR EXCELLENCE. He mentioned various strategies & methods of teaching that can provide immense benefit to both the teachers as well as the students. This was followed by a panel discussion on “Value Creation –Emerging Paradigm” where the panelist were Mr. Dheeraj Ahluwalia, (GM Asian paints), Mr. Shashank Jagirdar (Director HR DHL Lemuir Logistics Pvt Ltd), Mr. Sachin Dhakate (VP-Sales of Next Education India Pvt Ltd), Dr. Santosh Bhave (VP-HR Bharat Forge Ltd), Dr. Daniel Lashar & Dr. Murli agasundram were the prominent panelist in the panel discussion. Experts from Industry & academia participated in that panel discussion.
18th February 2011 “Emerging Trends for value creation in the era of knowledge economy” The two-day international conference of Top Mba College In Nagpur Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies“Elixir-2011” was organized at Hotel Pride on 18th February 2011. The conference was inaugurated at the hands of Vice-chancellor of RTMNU, Dr. V.S. Sapkal by lighting the traditional lamp, in the gracious presence of Chairman of Meghe Group and Member of Parliament Shri Dattaji Meghe. Professor Justin Paul, Professor of Nagoya University of Commerce & Business, Japan was present on the occasion. Other eminent persons who present on the occasion were Dr. Avichal Kapur Dean Q & A Advisor, NYSS , Dr. Amishi Arora, Director of Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies and Convener of the conference Dr. Shiny Chib. Vice-chancellor of RTMNU Dr. V.S. Sapkal mentioned that how research based and innovative education can be helpful for the growth of any organization and nation as a whole. Shri Dattaji Meghe congratulated the DMIMS for organizing such a grand event. The inaugural session was followed by plenary session by Prof Justin Paul. He presented a brief description about Japanese economy and compared with India’s developing economy. He threw light on the aspect regarding what steps that Japan has taken for its sustainability in this complex economic situation of the world. The second day started with Plenary session of Dr. Vibhuti Patel ( Director , Department of Post Graduate Studies and Research ), where she made a fruitful presentation of research work on gender economics. Dr. Patel mentioned how the women who are working in the unorganized sector are deprived from fulfilling their basic needs. The plenary session was followed by Paper presentation on the various aspects of management like Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Information & Technology. Again there was panel discussion in the afternoon in which Editor of Hitavada Mr. Vijay Phansikar, Mr. Sashank Jagirdar ( Corporate HR Manager, Onida), Dr. T.J.
