Faculty Development Program
A hands-on training session on “Exploring Knimbus- Digital Library Platform” was successfully organized by Library and NDLI (National Digital Library of India) Club of DMIMS (Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies, Nagpur) on 14thAugust 2024, in board room at 03:00 PM. Objective of the training was to familiarize MBA faculty members with the Knimbus digital library platform and its functionalities.
Resource person of the training session, Dr. Rajendra Pahade (Librarian- Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur) shared valuable insights on various aspects of the digital platform.
Faculty members got better equipped to utilize the Knimbus platform to enhance their teaching and research activities.The training session was well coordinated and organised by Dr. Vijay Uprikar and Ms. Anjali Fule as authority of NDLI club under the guidance of Director Dr. Vaishali Rahate.

Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies Best MBA College in Nagpur , organized One Week International Level Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “How to write Quality Research Papers” between January 30 – February, 04, 2023.
From the FDP, Teaching Faculty & Research Scholars learned about generating research ideas, doing literature review, writing quality research paper sand how one can publish their work in various reputed national and international journals.
The main objective of this FDP was to make participants become more efficient and effective in writing quality research papers and get it published in SCOPUS, WOS, ABDC,CARE Listed Journals. “The online FDP focused on both developing theoretical foundation and practical execution in Hands-on mode” said Dr. Shiney Chib, Director, Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies Best MBA College in Nagpur.
Dr. Mahesh Singh, Associate Professor, Kebri Dehar University, Ethiopia (International Speaker) and Dr. Prasenjeet Patil,
Associate Professor, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering, School of Engineering, MIT ADT, Pune were the resource persons for the FDP.
Total 105 participants attended the FDP including Faculty Members, Students & Research Scholars from various areas & disciplines throughout the country and Ethiopia as well. Certificate of Participation to all the participants was provided after successful completion of the FDP.
One Week Online FDP was well executed and coordinated by Dr. Shailesh Badre, Assistant Professor and FDP Coordinator. All the teaching and non-teaching staff have taken great efforts for the successful organization of the FDP.
