As per the UGC Guideline vide notification no. F.1-7/2011 of 29 July 2011, all the officials/faculty members should desist from any act of discrimination against dalit students on grounds of their social origin. It is kind advice that the official/faculty members of the institute should be more sensitive while dealing with above such incident of caste discrimination. If any such incident comes to the notice of the authorities, action should be taken against the erring official/faculty members promptly.
